The room has a large LCD TV with Freeview and overlooks the garden and distant hills. The room can accommodate up to 4 guests. The 3rd and 4th guests are accommodated at an additional cost. Please note in the comments field when making your reservation whether the room should be prepared for more than 2 guests and if you would prefer the main bed made up us a twin (2 single beds) or as one large double bed.

The front-facing room has Cheltenham views, a large LCD TV with Sky Sports and a TV in the bathroom. A 3rd guest can stay on a Hypnos sofa bed at an additional charge. Please request this when making your reservation. Please state whether you require twin beds or a double bed. When accommodating 3 guests, it is better to request a double, to maximise floor space.

Group Bookings:
For bookings of 4 rooms or more, different payment and cancellation policies apply.

Different Cancellation Policies:
For bookings during Cheltenham Racecourse events, a GBP 100 deposit will be charged by Beaumont House. The remainder will be charged at least 30 days before arrival.

Minimum Stay:
On Saturdays and during special events, a minimum-stay policy applies. Any amendments to your stay must follow this policy.

Additional Child Policy Information:
Children over the age of 10 are welcome during the week. Children of any age are welcome at weekends.

Please note there is no housekeeping service over Christmas.

For guests staying over the Christmas and New Year period, only a continental, self-service breakfast will be available.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
